Project Achieve
Project Achieve provides outreach and family “wrap-around” services for multiple-needs youth between the ages of 10 and 17 that have been dually diagnosed with mental illness and an intellectual disability. Treatment includes a two-hour, after-school program and outreach family intervention. Case management services continue for one year after the consumer completes the program. |
