Child & Adolescent In-Home Family Intervention
The child and adolescent two-person team comprises a master’s level therapist and a bachelor’s case manager. The team provides in-home family intervention and case management dedicated to effective, innovative, outreach treatment services for children and adolescents and their families. The treatment defuses an immediate crisis, stabilizes the family unit and prevents out-of-home placement. The home-based counseling provides intensive, brief, focused family therapy over an average of 12 weeks. |
