AltaPointe values staff members who display exceptional customer-focused behaviors. The AltaPraise Rewards & Recognition program is one way AltaPointe shows these staff members how important they are to our mission.
AltaPraise, which means “highest praise,” encourages patients, family members, co-workers and all other customers to recognize a staff member for exceptional customer service performance by submitting an AltaPraise card.
Submitting an AltaPraise is easy. Please include a specific, exceptional customer service performance of an AltaPointe staff member. Remember to explain how the staff member has demonstrated at least one of the 5SCS Employee Ideals — considerate, enthusiastic, flexible, innovative and steadfast. We will make sure the staff member receives your AltaPraise.
