Shelter Plus Care
The Shelter Plus Care program utilizes various apartment complexes located in representative areas of the community. AltaPointe leases apartments, which are operated under the auspices of a US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) grant and provides supportive services for residents. This independent living program assists homeless consumers with transitional housing while they obtain resources and practice community living skills. Services available include inpatient hospitalization, crisis services, short-term residential, outpatient mental health, and case management. |
