Semi-Independent Living Housing
The Supervised Housing Program comprises single-family dwellings provided through a lease agreement with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Homeless Initiative Program. Each home consists of enough living space to house three consumers requiring mental health services. This program provides the consumer with a less restrictive transitional placement that focuses on the consumer’s strengths and builds skills to live independently while providing more intensive outreach support. |
