Adult Residential Group Homes
AltaPointe congregate living facilities are designed for residents with serious and persistent mental illness who require social rehabilitation and community support. These services must meet beneficial care or supportive services criteria. Expected outcomes are the same for each adult group home: to prevent re-hospitalization and to maximize and maintain successful community placement. Qualified staff members, including nursing, provide onsite supervision 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Residential care focuses on the rehabilitation and return to the community of seriously mentally ill consumers. AltaPointe provides basic needs such as nutritional meals and transportation.
