Adult In-Home Team
Two-person treatment teams provide time-limited, home-based services designed to defuse crises, stabilize living arrangements and prevent out-of-home placement of consumers. These services must meet clinical necessity, beneficial care and supportive services criteria. The In-Home Team generally provides services in the consumer’s home and, infrequently, in other locations such as clinics, jails, and schools. |
